My Story

I’ve always had a passion for beauty, but if I’m honest, I never thought it was the path I’d take. I spent my first two years of college trying different things, constantly changing direction because nothing ever felt quite right. Eventually, I dropped out and found myself unsure of what to do next.

When I finally decided to study beauty, I thought I’d found my place, but I quickly realised I disliked college and the way they taught. It felt outdated, uninspiring, and too focused on speed over skill. I remember my teachers telling me my way wasn’t right, that I took too long on my treatments, and that I’d never make it anywhere.

But deep down, I knew I loved what I was doing, I just needed to do it my way.

When I qualified, I started from the very bottom. I’d carry my little wax pot onto buses, going from house to house doing brows for £5. It definitely wasn’t glamorous, but it was the start of everything. Every client, every late night, and every mistake shaped me into who I am today.

Over the years, I built my confidence, perfected my craft, and turned that £5 brow hustle into Albeauty - the brand I first became known for. From there, I opened The Glow Bar, my very own salon and creative space, before expanding into education with the launch of She-E-O Society - my luxury training academy created to empower and support women in the beauty industry.

I created She-E-O Society because I know what it feels like to be underestimated, undertrained, and unsure of where to start. I wanted to create a space that offers women what I never had. High quality, accredited training, genuine support, and the belief that they can build the life and career they dream of.

Now, I get to help women step into their power, master their skills, and become the She-E-O of their own success story. And I hope that woman is you!
