I'm Ashleigh, I’m the founder of She-E-O Society, a luxury, accredited beauty training academy located in Stanmer House. With over a decade of experience in the beauty industry, I’ve dedicated my career to empowering women to master their skills, grow their confidence, and build successful beauty businesses.

Alongside She-E-O Society, I also run Albeauty, my personal treatment brand, and own The Glow Bar, my Brighton based salon.

What started as a passion for beauty has grown into a mission to inspire and educate others to chase their own dreams, no matter where they're starting from.
